Happy Weekend from Pinkeye Baby!

I am sure you can guess that our weekend will consist of some serious R&R with the little.  I must say, I am quite surprised with his ability maintain his happy disposition when he isn’t feeling well.  No matter if he has a cold, or an ear infection AND pinkeye, he stays in the best of moods. He also rocks at taking medicine and makes no complaints.  I am sure that will change in the future when he has more of an opinion. But for now, he thinks it’s just another treat.

Here he is playing with his favorite ‘toy’ - a spoon.  Seriously, if you try and pry a spoon out of his death grip he will lose it. Like, full out kicking, flailing, screaming lose it. Had I known that all toys would pale in comparison to something as simple as a spoon, I would have just stocked up on spoons instead of baby toys all of these months.

My favorite thing Jackson is doing now? Looking between his legs. He randomly gets in position and will laugh his head off when he catches your eye from upside down. Meltingtotallyfollows.

Hopefully my boy will feel much better within a couple of days and we can break out of quarantine soon!
